Title:

Assistant Softball Coach

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment and enrollment goals for students.  Actively participate in the all recruiting events including maintaining written and oral communications with prospective students.  Development of recruitment materials, facilitate recruitment efforts by faculty and enroll and advise students.

Required qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree.
  • Knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with computers.
  • Must be a confident public speaker, and communicate well with athletes, parents, and coaches.
  • Must maintain a valid Kansas driver’s license.

Preferred qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Coached or played at Junior College level.
