DODGE CITY, Kan. – Dodge City men’s basketball coach Kyle Campbell is pleased to announce that Delvon Rencher has signed a national letter of intent with Prairie View A&M, a Division I institution in Prairie View, Texas.
“I’m really excited for Delvon,” Campbell said. “Delvon only played in 15 games last season due to injury and Prairie View is going to get an athletic forward that’s going to work hard.”
Rencher, who stands at 6-foot-6, is excited for the opportunity and can’t wait to arrive on campus.
“It’s truly a blessing,” Rencher said. “I’m excited to continue my education and play at the Division I level. I would like to thank Dodge City Community College and the coaches and teammates I’ve worked with.”
Last season Rencher averaged 9.2 points and 4.3 rebounds per game.
The Panthers compete in the Southwestern Athletic Conference.
