Rodeo Season Outlook

To compete well and place team members in the short-round. I would like to see individual points and team points earned this year as well as personal goals met by the athletes. We are looking to become a solid contender in the Central Plains region and routinely having our team and school represented at the College National Finals.

About the Rodeo Team

Dodge City Community College is an active member in the Central Plains Region of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA), which is comprised of both two-year and four-year colleges and universities in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Northwestern Missouri. Both the men's and women's teams compete in the ten rodeos hosted by the region each year. The teams utilize the on-campus arena for sanctioned practice sessions.
