Dodge City Community College and Area Technical Center Executive Vice President for College Affairs and Learning Michael Ahern, right, awards Cindy Schaffer the Employee of the Month certificate at the May 22 Board of Trustees meeting. She is the June recipient of the award, which includes a $250 check, framed certificate and the use of a designated Employee of the Month parking space. She was chosen by the President’s Cabinet from submitted nomination forms. Schaffer has been employed at the College since August 2006. She is the Humanities Building Secretary.
