Write to Win gives you the opportunity to draft useful documents to include in college and employment applications over the course of two Saturday sessions. Both sessions include some lecture, lots of hands-on, and quite a bit of feedback from your classmates and your instructor. The first Saturday session (June 6), "Write to Win: Personal Essay," focuses on writing an essay about educational or employment goals and motivations. During the second Saturday session (June 13), "Write to Win: Resumes and Cover Letters," you’ll generate professional cover letters and a formatted listing of your accomplishments, awards, and experience. If you successfully complete both Saturday sessions, you can earn one hour of college credit.
