Sophomore Riley Seitz (Hutchinson, Kansas) will have season ending surgery on his left shoulder due to a fall in housing while performing his Residence Assistance duties. Riley was the second leader in scoring average for the Conquistadors and was among the top ten players in the Jayhawk Conference. Coach Casey Malek had this to say about Riley's injury. "This is a major blow to our team. I feel badly for Riley. I known that he will bounce back from this stronger and be able to continue his goal of playing college golf on the next level. The rest of our players will now have to step up their games. I am very confident that our players understand what they will have to do to make up for Riley being gone."
