Meeting called to order @ 3:30 by Fran.  Toni Dobratz was there April Hammond & Kayla Ramirez came by earlier at different times........

@ 5:15 by Fran was there but no one came.

New Members:  lists of the eligible students are ready so you can phone them to encourage attendance at orientations.  See Fran to help.

Orientations:  SU Ford County Room.  Please attend if at all possible.

Induction:  Sunday March 30^th @ 2:30 p.m. SU Board Room  All officers must attend and take part in the ceremony.  Make arrangements to get off work if necessary.

SGA Report:  Need two candidates for homecoming.  Toni Dobratz and Jason Cherry will be submitted at next Monday’s meeting.

Award Entries:  These will be mailed or e-mailed tomorrow.

1. Service:  Toni & Fran worked on completing this award so Fran could next-day air it tomorrow.

2. Yearbook:  cover sheet is completed and ready to send to Kansas Region. 

3.         We must complete and take it with us to Regional convention Feb 29^th-March 2^nd.

4. Great Idea:  cover sheet and essay completed and ready to send with supporting photos to Kansas Region. 

5.         Fran also will attaché the video clips to see if they are acceptable as supporting documents.

Regional Conference FEBRUARY 29TH-MARCH 2nd in Overland Park:  .  Fran reserved 2 rooms.  Registration costs $60 per person. 

    Depart no later than 9:00 a.m. on Friday the 29^th back by about 7:00 p.m. on Sunday the 2^nd. There will be a dance and lots of other fun things to do.

    Deadline for registration is Feb. 15^th_Fran & Gilbert can go.  Please respond to Fran if you can go. 

Kansas Relief Fund:  Voluntary project to assist Kansas members that are disaster victims. 

Options listed on the new form received this week are:  pledge $1 per new member in 2008, donate $25, or donate $1 per new member in 2007. 

We had only 27 new members in all of 2007.  There were 1,769 new members in the whole region. No decision yet.

Fundraising report:  The knitting project is going over great.  Fran’s total donation to Kappa Psi now is $195.00 + Toni’s $15 for her hats.

Lollypops – Everyone please come check out lollypops and sell again.  We have more than a case left.
