We do not have an application fee, however, there is a $100 deposit due with your application. An application can not be processed without the deposit.
$10 of the deposit is utilized for an activity fund. The remaining $90 will be refunded to the student at termination of occupancy as stated in the terms of the contract.
Usually that will not be a problem if you both request each other on your application and your deposit is paid when you turn in your contract. Your odds to room together increase if you both do the contracts at the same time. We assign rooms on a first come, first serve basis, depending on the date when your housing contract and $100 deposit arrives.
Each resident should bring bed linens, towels, throw rug (if desired) and any other personal items to make your new room a home.
Sorry but we do not allow GF Grills, hot plates, candles, roaster ovens, etc. We must assure ther safety of all residents and those items can lead to fires and/or other damage.
