With the building of Legend's Complex the Dodge City CC Softball Coaches and the Dodge City CC Board of Directors had an idea of making these fields the home of the Lady Conquistador Softball team.  With this idea came the notion of having a locker room for the team at the complex.  After a design was made and a few suggestions by the Board of Directors (installing 4 individual showers) the college put $100,000 toward the building of the entire project.  This also included buying the white sport fence and foul poles so that every field would have the proper distance to play either softball or young players baseball.

    The locker room consists of 24 individual lockers with an area for their shoes and a lock box to put personal items when practicing or playing games.  There are also 4 individual showers for players to use and a washer and dryer to wash the uniforms.
