Coach Bethea continues to assemble the types of talent the Lady Conqs require in order to be a consistent contender in the NJCAA and KJCCC Region 6 Division and national scene. Starting his eighth season, Coach Bethea has put together a healthy resume of success, four Region 6 championships, 12 victories, two KJCCC All-Academic Teams, 3 NJCAA National All-Americans, 4 Nationally ranked teams and in 2006 the first ever KJCCC Women's Conference Championship.

Coach Bethea will continue to bring the best players to build for the program's future.
